Definitions:
Brand Expense – Anything promoting and including Michelin, BF Goodrich and/or Uniroyal branding and trademarks to drive traffic and revenue to the retailer is a Brand activity. 60% + BDF must be allocated for Brand expenses
Business Expense– Anything brand-agnostic is a Business activity: Equipment, Meetings, Software/hardware and Showroom components without branding. Up to 40% BDF accruals may be allocated for Business expenses.
125% INCENTIVE PROGRAM – GET PAID TO ADVERTISE – The complete cost of these initiatives (e.g., Digital Advertising, Website (3 star), TV Spots & Tradesman support program) will be reimbursed, plus you’ll receive an extra 25% of your invoice, which allows you to access more of your BDF dollars at once. All reimbursements will come from your determined BDF account.
